Download link broken AFTER PAYMENT.
Today I bought three expension packs for SIms 3. These packs were: After Midnight, World Adventures and Ambition.
After I payed, the Origin showed me 3 links that should directtly start the download of these three expension packs. 3 links, 3 packs. The problem is that none of the three links are working, they don't seem to activate anything. This frustrated me a bit, so i went for some help to the EA helpdesk. Here I was sent to all kind of different sites that all ended in EA trying to get me away as far as possible. EA suggested some problems, and that's that. NO HELP AT ALL. To keep your loyal gamers happy, put a person on the end of the line, not some computer that doesn't now how to help the more complicated issues.
When I checked my bank account balance, money was written off to EA, which means that EA did recieve the payment, but the download links that EA sent were broken. They just don't work. So I went to return the 'games', obviously, they did not work. EA then states in the 'Return Policy' that, once I clicked the download link, the warrenty is void from then. What kind of return policy is that? If i want to return a game, I return it after I test it -which is, with the download link FYI-.. You might want to tweek something about that 'Return Policy' as well.
What I want from EA is a clear answer how to get my payed games into Origin. The links don't work. When I try the links now EA tells me the links have been used already.
I feel really let down by EA in my current situation. Please get me my games working or else, get me my money back!

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
