Download Serial Code lost

Hello! I recently purchased (a day ago) the Island Paradise Expansion pack download. I can't find my product serial code in my email and I seem to have lost it on my laptop. The Origin launcher says to place the serial code found in my email confirmation, but it's not there!

Help please ?!?!?!
