Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I just bought Dragon Valley gold edition today from AE. Checked my purchase on Sims 3 store and its there. I press the download from there. open launcher, and install Dragon valley and celtic lands. says it does and done. but when I go to the game, to choose worlds, nothing is there. I even tried downloading from the dashboard and nothing. So I went and tried to redeem code and put in the 1 that was emailed to me and says its already used(I assume that its me). I chatted with Mayank on AE live chat and they were sending it over to research and then Mayank told me to post here. Im just really hoping to play this. I have never had issues with any other add ons before and I have many in the last 8 years. Any ideas? Or do I just ask for a refund? uuugggg
