EA App not running properly

I am unable to play my installed games, The Sims 3, and The Sims 4.
A few weeks ago, we had missing content, and now the EA app is not loading up my games, because of this, I am unable to play any of them.

    C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

    and launch the EAUpdater.exe.  Then clear the App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    and restart your computer.  Let me know whether the App now works normally and you can launch your games.  If not, please describe what happens when you load the App and try to play, and include a screenshot of any error message you see.

    It seems it just didn't get updated recently, not sure how that happened.

    But my games did start showing up (except the sims 3, though I was able to force it to)
