I logged into My EA App to find out that 3 of My Sims 3 packs 1 of which says it is still installed, & 2 of my digital content stuff has been removed, Why would the app do that, & how do I get them b...

two of my packs were removed when my ea membership wasnt active they came back once i resubscribed i didnt know this.. these were free packs given to me when i downloaded sims 3
