Mythras_85 For each pack, take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly visible), then contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your content.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email.
abbyriley1 The packs you received are not free, they're included in your membership but only as long as you're actually subscribed. This is by design.
You could buy the packs outright if you don't want to keep paying monthly.
