Hello, I have had the same issue and have been looking for a solution that wouldn't involve me spending £60 to replace some packs. I had everything installed on my computer which ended up breaking and getting reset. I have since gotten a new computer but EA says I only own 'Into the future' and 'monte vista'. I in fact own close to all the packs. I hope we can both get this solved!
