EA isn't working

So i pay a total of 45$ for 3 sims 3 and i go to install but nothing happen!!!It say that it's impossible to install so please help me to install it please i am a big fan of sims sins i was a little kid please!!!!

  • OxyMediaGaming  Please post a screenshot of the error.  Please also let me know how you bought the game: directly from EA, or from a third party, which one.

    If you bought through EA, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and find your purchases.  List the status of each one: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

  • OxyMediaGaming  You're not supposed to get a code for purchases made through the EA App or on the EA website.  The content is added to your account automatically.  The only exception is Store worlds.

    Which packs aren't downloading?  It looks like you bought and got a refund for World Adventures, which you also have on disc, and you have Generations on disc, and you bought Fast Lane (Ultimate Speed) from EA.  All three should be available to download through the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, although you might need to clear the App's cache to make them show up:

    If some of these packs show as in-game content, please try the suggestions in the accepted solution of this thread:

    If that doesn't help either, please let me know which packs you can't install, including any that I didn't list above; and what happens when you try to install them, or what you see if the Download button isn't available.  Screenshots from within the EA App are fine, but I don't need the ones you've posted.

    Speaking of those screenshots, please remove them, as they contain information (game codes and an order number) that could be used to steal your account.

    So I take out the cache and now it didn't work anyway so please can you help me to solve the problem?

     

  • OxyMediaGaming  Did you try the other suggestions?  Please do if you haven't already.

    If those don't or didn't help, try manually uninstalling and reinstalling your 2015 and newer VC++ runtimes.  Click Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on any version from 2015 or later, and select Uninstall.  Don't touch the older versions.  You can download the newest runtimes directly from Microsoft:

    You'll need both the x86 and x64 versions of the 2015-2022 runtimes, but you can skip the ARM version, which is for a different class of device.  Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.

    If this doesn't help either, do the same for the 2005 x86 runtime.  It won't say x86 in the list of apps, but it's the correct version as long as it does NOT say x64.  You can get a fresh copy here:

    You only need to install the x86 version, not either of the others.

    While you're trying to install Sims 3, open the EA App as an admin each time: right-click the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
