OxyMediaGaming You're not supposed to get a code for purchases made through the EA App or on the EA website. The content is added to your account automatically. The only exception is Store worlds.
Which packs aren't downloading? It looks like you bought and got a refund for World Adventures, which you also have on disc, and you have Generations on disc, and you bought Fast Lane (Ultimate Speed) from EA. All three should be available to download through the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, although you might need to clear the App's cache to make them show up:

If that doesn't help either, please let me know which packs you can't install, including any that I didn't list above; and what happens when you try to install them, or what you see if the Download button isn't available. Screenshots from within the EA App are fine, but I don't need the ones you've posted.
Speaking of those screenshots, please remove them, as they contain information (game codes and an order number) that could be used to steal your account.
