EA launcher to Sims Launcher Loop

@eventoowish Your computer doesn't have an Alder Lake processor, but there are a few Celeron CPUs with the same issue, and your dxdiag confirms that's what you're seeing. So please try the workarounds in the thread I linked as well, applying them to TS3.exe, without the W.
I tried the Alder Lake Patch - and applied it open within the TS3.ex - but the same loop occurs.
I'm also not sure if I am doing it right. When selecting the file, it prompts me to choose where to open it at.
