EA locked my game so i can't play wtf?
So i waited like 5 or 6 days asked them nicely what happened to my sim 3 expansion they said they will look into it, then later they sent me an email saying that i either initiated a chargeback or bough it from unauthorized source. SORRY BUT I BOUGHT IT NORMALLY, ITS ORIGIN CODE I BOUGHT IT THE SAME WAY I BOUGHT THE ORIGINAL SIM 3, But for some reason they left the sim 3 original in my game launcher but only locked my sim 3 generation which is dumb cause i bought both the same way, so either give me back my game so i can play or take lock both of them cause if u claim its bought weirdly, and since i bought both of em the same way might as well lock both of the game and givme my money back. I'm sick and tired of being nice.
@MLblakky First did you do any kind of charge back on a purchase? You say the purchase is Origin code but did you purchase it through Origin? If you bought it through Origin the purchase will be in the Origin purchase history. Does your financial institution show a credit that may be about the purchase?
