The Sims 3 DLC Not Appearing in the Launcher

I have four expansion packs for The Sims 3. They all appear in my EA account, but one, although shown as downloaded, isn't showing up in the game launcher. The games were previously registered with my Origin account, and I think this error occurred when I switched to EA. However, I have all the DLCs and the main game CDs. It's strange that only one isn't showing up. I've contacted EA support numerous times, but they haven't found a solution. I've completed all the troubleshooting steps they've told me, even deleting and reinstalling the game. None of them have worked. I just want the service I purchased to be provided. (My game isn't broken, because it was working before Origin was uninstalled.)

    Thanks for the info! In that case it sounds like live support needs to manually re-add Island Paradise on your account so you can access it again. This isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take a look and get this sorted here. Please be sure to attach this forum conversation when you reach out so the team has additional information to reference.
