The only way to contact EA's customer support is through the ways that they offer in their website https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You'll be given the available options to contact them for help: a message, live chat or phone number (depending on what country you're in).
Most of us here have had the need to contact EA's customer support at one time or another, all that I say to you is to be patient and keep trying, when you finally get to talk with them they are really great at helping you fix your problem.
