EA Please have someone fix the sims 3 error the maps are not loading

I JUST downloaded sims 3 and bought alot of packs for it and the map/worlds are not loading for me and i tried looking up ways to fix it and no luck yet , please fix this we are spending so much mone...

@HebrewWoman  What exactly happens when you try to load a world?  If you get an error message, please post a screenshot of it.  Please also let me know whether this happens in a new save.
