Edit a Sim in CAS:
Hi all, is there a way to edit your Sim's facial features and body basics after you've created your Sim or after he or she has been born in C-A-S? If so please let me know! 🙂)

- Open the cheat console with ctl-shift-c
- Type testingcheatsenabled true
- Shift-click on the sim you want changed and choose Edit in CAS
- Make the changes you want
- Exit CAS
- Open the cheat console with ctl-shift-c
- Type testingcheatsenabled false
