I created the fresh sims 3 folder without any mods or my saves. There are not store items either. I put 'add any lot size' mod only in Mods folder, and loaded Sunset valley. Still the same. How come it works in your game? Have you used it recently? The one I'm using is MTS velocitygrass Add Any Lot Size103. It took around 10 seconds to load to the end, then the loading bar is staying there for ages.
