Exchange downloading problem

LivingFreely​  Does this happen with any item you try to download?  Please try a few and let me know.  It doesn't matter whether you've downloaded them already—nothing would change in your game unless you installed the items again.

You shouldn't need to login when downloading content from the Store, and sometimes this is an indication of an issue on the account side.  But in those cases, all items are typically affected.
