Exchange item removed

I uploaded a house+household around July to the exchange, and when I click on it, it sends me to a page that says:

This item is no longer available

Your Exchange upload has been removed by The Sims 3 Web Team. Your upload may have been violating the site's Terms of Service.

I broke my computer and I have a new one, so is there any way I can get it back?

    usually once an item is removed from the exchange nope unless you have the file stored/backed up somewhere or if one of your friends downloaded it maybe they can upload it and you download it then install it in your game
