Expansion packs appear on the EA app, but are missing from the launcher itself.

Hi there. I'm very frustrated at my current predicament.

I have 15 expansion/stuff packs for the sims 3, all of which are visible on the EA app. On the launcher, however, only FIVE are showing up. The help chat has been unhelpful with their suggestions, I've been dealing with them for hours to no avail. I've cleared caches, re-installed, clean booted my computer, and nothing is helping.

Anyone have any tips? I really want to play my game.

    Kpopgurl02​  This typically means there's something wrong with the codes: they're deactivated somehow, so the launcher doesn't load them even though the content is installed.  You'll need to contact EA support again and specifically ask about the status of the codes for your missing packs: whether they're active and valid, or there's some specific issue.  It may also help to have proof of purchase on hand, for example an e-receipt or a photo of a disc with its case and product code showing.
