Expansion packs not recognized

@avaloren736 If you redeemed the packs on your current Origin account, they should be in your Origin game library. When that's not the case, normally it means that someone redeemed the codes on a different account. Whether or not you think that's what happened here, your best bet is to contact EA customer support.

It may help to provide a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the insert with the code showing and legible. While this alone isn't usually enough to put the packs back on your account, it may at least help a support rep determine what happened to your packs. You can upload the photos when you submit the help request.
