Some time back I bought:
- The Barnacle Bay pack.
- The pack that includes both Monte Vista and Hidden Springs.
I redeemed the code, and it let me have Barnacle Bay and Monte Vista, but not Hidden Springs.
Have any of you ever had an experience that was similar to this one? If you did, what was the solution (if it was one)?
20000825 There should have been a separate code for Hidden Springs, in fact three codes for the Worlds bundle, the other being for the chocolate fountain. So check your email receipt again.
When I did the purchase the account was linked to an email that doesn't work anymore (With the help of EA I was able to change it later on), so I can't look it up. What I can look up is the purchase, which includes those two packs I bought, looking at the purchase history, and it only gave one code to redeem
20000825 Then I don't know that there's anything you can do, unfortunately. You could certainly try contacting EA customer support and pleading your case. Since Hidden Springs can be bought with SimPoints, and (last I heard) support reps can add SimPoints to a user's account, at least in the case of duplicate purchases, it would technically be possible to grant you the points to buy HS from the Store. But in practice, I don't know that a support rep would actually be willing to do this.
I've bought the Worlds Bundle myself and know that it comes with three codes. But it's very possible that only one code shows in the purchase history, and in that case, there's likely no way to retrive the others.
