Expansions missing from launcher

Only a 3 of my games are showing the launcher other like nightlife etc is not showing says I should go to origin but that been shut down now ea took over that saying I already own it. How can I fix it.?!?

It sounds like these packs were removed from your account and you would need to repurchase in order to access and play.

This isn't something we can check on over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for these packs and see what's happened. Please submit a new case on the site here so they can look into this again- be sure you attach this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.

lesleycott88 Please list all the expansions and stuff packs that aren't showing in the launcher, as well as where you bought them, e.g. a digital copy from EA or Steam, or a physical disc from a store.

The sims 3 nightlife, sims 3 high end loft stuff I bought them from ea app. I've got university life , pets and generations still showing in launcher duno why the other 2 gone! I'm worried I'm going lose the others.

That takes ages. So ridiculous why does the sim3 only allow a couple of packs at a time why can't you have as much as u want the other sims games do.

You're able to use as many packs as you like for The Sims 3, there is not a limit on how many packs you can use at one time.

However, if the packs were removed from your account, you won't be able to play them. Please contact live support using the link provided above for more help on this.
