Failed Purchase in Game

I purchased the MultiTab 6000 (for 500 SimPoints) in game via the Electronics->Computers option. I bought it, exited the game, download it from Purchase History on the website, and then installed it to the game from the Launcher in the Downloads tab. It said it completed installation so I went into the game. However, it wasn't in the Electronics or Entertainment section of Buy Mode like it said it would be. I went and redownloaded it (this time in game) and it once again told me it finished instaling but it still didn't show up in Buy Mode. I decided to wait a bit and see if it was just taking some time to show. I came back the next day but it was still not there. I even tried creating a new Sim family in the hopes that maybe it was because my old family was created before I installed the tablet, but that didn't work either. I don't have any custom content being used.

Yeah, it wasn't there either. I've checked all the places it could be, but it's not there.

Try contacting EA and ask them where it is supposed to go
if in the event you need to contact CS

that link you posted states I must be signed into my origin account to view but I am logged into origin???!!! And ps you now have a yellow triange
