I'm having trouble completely updating to this patch. (This is not the only patch I've had this problem with but I don't know how to fix it.) I started the launcher a day or so ago, it told me I had an update, (to patch 1.48) Okay, I went ahead and began the update. I notice in this thread it said that the patch size is 190 MB? My update bar loaded through the whole 1.2 GB (which took HOURS) but I havn't done much with The Sims 3 in a very long time and am still getting used to the way their patches work so I thought maybe a large patch came through while I wasn't playing? It got done, and I went through the usual steps that I go through when patching other games on my PC (allowing the game to make changes and such.) Only to find when I open my game launcher back up when its done that it says my game has an update! I thought 'Okay maybe theres another patch after that'...no. It starts RE-updating the entire 1.2 GB of patch 1.48 AGAIN. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? At first when I did it I did have all my mods in, but one was crashing my game so I took them all out and decided to let it 'repatch' after I did so but it's STILL acting like it hasn't updated, this is getting frustrating. HELP ☹️
