I downloaded SIms 3, Supernatural, and University from Origin. The base game and Supernatural installed and work with no problem, but University won't install from Origin. Every time I try, I get a message saying I need install update 1.63. I've tried downloading it from the screen that pops up when I click on the Sims 3 icon on my desktop, along with several websites such as this one. None of them have worked. On the Sims 3 launcher, it will start working and then it will randomly quit, leaving a bar that said "Loading update", but won't move past 0%. All the other updates from websites never get past the "opening" stage at the bottom of my browser.
If you could help, that would be great. I have no idea how to fix this and I can't help but feel like I wasted money on University because I can't play it until I download this impossible update.
