Posted this elsewhere, but I thought I might get a reply faster from here.
I've been trying to update my Sims 3 game with all expansions from 1.57 to 1.63. I have tried installing the patch from both the launcher and using the manual download associated with the super patch. However, when the patch is 99% installed, the installation won't finalize, and I'm giving an message regarding a "Post Patch Error."
I do not have any CC or mods, and I've been having this issue for several weeks now. It's very frustrating because I paid for a copy of the Into the Future expansion, and I can't play it until I get this patch installed. I feel like I've wasted my money.
I'm running on Windows 7 in the USA.
