I received a code with only four sets of letters/numbers instead of five. Like this ****-****-****-****
Both the website registration and the in game registration requires 5 sets. I think this is just an invalid serial code?
I also redeemed the code for monte vista and cannot download it from the disc nor from any of the Sims3 or Origin sites. When I try and redeem the code is says invalid. I have bought a disc and cannot use it. What is going on here!?!?!?!? I wish someone could fix these kind of problems to make it user friendly. All brilliant ideas but really impractical when it comes to using it.
