Thank you. I was on the phone to support today and did exactly what he told me to do regarding Monte Vista. It does not work. However I was assisted to merge my two accounts but now he has removed Seasons which I registered in the last month. Well I will try and talk to him again tomorrow and see if he can assist me again. Thanks for responding so quickly. 🙂
