I don't think they insulted anyone. I feel the same way, like we're the ones being insulted here. I am currently having the same issue. I realize that games have malfunctions. However I wish there was an easier fix for some of us somewhat computer illiterate people who just want to play the game and have fun. I appreciate all the help on here. I just have yet to find something that works for my particular problem.

I understand how it feels to have people using all fancy abbreviations (for example) and not having a clue what's flying. That was me (and still is but just a bit better) about a year ago. If you don't understand something we say, please ask. There's nothing like a stupid question. Everyone learns something new every day.
