Fix for wierd horse animation - Works for patch 1.39 - Finally fixed by EA. Update game to fix it.

Actually they are going to fix it... The SimGuru who replied didn't know when though because it wasn't his area. :)

And I didn't really 'fix' it. I just disabled the wonky animation. I changed 10 to 11. That was it. The hard part was figuring out how to upload it. ;)
