Fogot username/password

Question

It has been a couple of months since I accessed my origin and sims account. I can't remember the username/password I orginally used. When I created a new one and tried to enter the game code again it told me it was invalid. I'm guessing since I already used it. How do I figure out what my original username was? Since that is the one I used the game code on.

You need to talk to a game advisor about that
