forever stuck as Fighter Pilot

My sim has been working like small animal to get to top of his career. Hes working on military job. Recently he got promoted to Fighter Pilot job and everything went well until he had to go working. For some reason he wasnt able to dress into his work uniform and instead he went to work completely naked. He decided to return to home in middle of day for no reason and i hushed him back to work. When he had work again, he still refused to put on his work unform and went to work in his pajamas. After he returned to home, a message popped up informing that he got promoted to Fighter Pilot. On his next work day he went to work in his work out outfit and again, he got promoted to Fighter Pilot.

I really would like to know what is wrong and how i could fix this so my poor sim could contonue his career. I dont use any mods.
