FREE Ring Tones
You are supposed to be able to download the ring tones and all it does is play one the screen and does not download a file to put on your phone. What is up with that?

You are talking about these ringtones, right?

Have you tried to right-click on the download link and choose "Save link as ..." in order to save the file?
You will then be able to save the MP3 file where ever you want:
I did that and it did say it was an MP3 audio file. The problem is it won’t import or allow me to drag it into iTunes to put it in the Tone folder. With my first two ring tones it was done differently and iTunes knew it was a ring tone and I was able to put it in the Tones folder. By right clicking and saving as is not working. iTunes is very picky and it needs to know it is a Ring Tone or it won’t work.
