Freestyle DJ Booth can't be download

I already installed and registered my code of showtime , it can see on my page of thesims3.com.

Then i started to download the Registration Rewards of this : Freestyle DJ Booth ,

but it won't recognized and ask me to register the game first !

About the way to contact a customer support agent ,

I did it but it isn't find any CS make a chat with me .

I feel helplessness.

I have this exact same problem.  I've already registered the Katy Perry Showtime set and gotten the other bonuses.

Go to the registration rewards page and I get the same 'DJ Booth' error loop - tells me I have to register before downloading.

Is anyone at EA even looking at these problems?

@AtNanc I don't know if these problems are really noticed by the studios. We are just users like you and even then, the odd EA employee who is here, does not represent the studio.

Unfortunately, as we are users we cannot deal with serial code/account related issues.
