Game continues to Crash
I can play for about 10 minutes each time and then it closes with a small windows that says: "The Sims 3 needs to close." I am running the game in compatability mode for Windows 8 but it continues t...
i have updated all of my drivers. The game still does not work.
I also can not download my Roaring Heights purchase from the TheSims3.com. Today I realized that my Monte Vista was not downloaded so I attempted to download and it worked. But when I tried Roaring Heights it failed again. I have been having issues since Decemeber and I have gone so far as to remove and reinstall all of games, expansion and stuff packs.
It appears that EA is not going to assist its customers with these issues but please believe I am not going to purchase The Sims 4 when your service regading this game has been so lackluster.
Is your game updated to 1.67 ?
Could you post your complete DxDiag report ?
my dxdig is listed in the beginning of the thread and yes the game is updated to 1.67
