Game Crashing HELP Game CRASHING!!!!!!!!! Fine Before New Patch 1.5 Now Crashing after 15-20 Min!!!!!!!!!

I love my Sims games and until I downloaded the new patch 1.5. My game was just fine. Now every time I go to edit town after 15 to 20 min it crashes and tells me that the Sims game encountered a problem and is shutting down HELP I want to play University and I can't. WAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! ☹️

What is your operating system
At what point does your game crash ? Any regularities ?
How long can you usually play ?
Which EP/SPs do you have installed ?
Are you using custom content and mods in your game ?

My operating system is windows 7. I can usually play a about 20. I have all the expansion packs and worlds except lucky palms, Auroa, 70,80,90s stuff and lunar lakes. I have custome content but have taken that all out also.
