Game glitch where Sims are suddenly married to there children and not there partner

If my parent sims move to a new house or have a conversation with a child sim the game recognises the child sim as the parent's partner.  If I look at the family tree the parents are no longer married and on the trates panel on the each sim they are listed as each others partners but also clearly marked as either (mother or father) or (son or daughter).  In the past I have evicted the family and moved them back in and this has worked to right the relationships but in my current game this has happened now twice and eviction/moving back in is no longer working.  I would rather not "never move" nor "never have the parents talk to there children" for fear the game thinks they are now married.

    Do you have the showtime EP and have they used the photobooth ? If so, that's the reason. The photobooth has a bug where it puts Sims in relationships when they use it together.

    So only use it with their partner or alone.
