Not the same exact time, just roughly. And once it freezes, I can still hear things and see things moving (sleep Zs, etc), but the game is unplayable.
I've tried using MasterController to reset the whole town. I'm not sure what else to try.
So it's not the clock that gets stuck but the entire game.
Does anything particular happen at that time ?
