Game Laucher; game load; game play and proable path issues

I have my DX report but don't know how to post here.   Please read my blog for what brought me here. 

In Origin under Game installed:  C:\Program Files (x86) Orgin games

Game Installers

C\ProgramData\Origin\ Download Cache

with checked "keep game installers after games have been installed."

at the bottom of the Game launcher:  1.67.2.024001

No Joy, Please help

    a brief summary of how i read it hionah just trying to clarify what issues you have so to assist you and a question or two

    hionah you have  the DxDiag and do not know how to post
    when you  downloaded the game from origin you also have made sure to check to keep the  game installers  the file path origin games the sims 3 <insert name of game> here   _Installer


    hionah you went  to the sims 3 site to see if they would receive an error message as to what happened and also seem to think where download information is?do you mean for your games , your store items  where to download your games or if information is stored there on any error/crash reports  that happened with the game ?

     you are patched to 1.67 have updated the  computer the launcher won't launch after  updateing
     hionah getting a crash to desktop , and or  had a partial load up of a game then  black screen and  have to taskmanger out

    i'm still unclear on some of this as you say you were able to get the game to run by going to a saved back up on my external hard drive do you mean you had a save game that you copied to your the sims 3 folder to launch and play OR  is your game is on the external hard drive and you play from this is the external hard drive your default drive for the game ?

    The many......problems seemed to start back when I purchased this game.  The support was weak then.  I figured out on my own what I did to make it work.  I have a background with tech going back a few decades.  The last decade I have been a happy drop out.  I did not expect this to be so time consuming- thought this would be a good pain management tool.

    The post of my DX is on my facebook page (that too makes me seem friendless, it is by choice.).  Cee L. Hill if any more is needed let me know.

    I am at Stanford hosp. now and am very tempted to stop by EA to ask they fix my game load isses.  Not likely since i ma banned...no log on, so I was not parionod last week when I couldn't log on.

    this is my only internet today since I have wasted more the 5 hours a day on this for nearly a month.

    All I want now is to have what I own to work.  Only one of the downloaded purchaces have run, thanks to me and that just yesterday.  Otherwise no joy.
