Game registration gifts not being given and online support isn't working can anyone help?
Three days ago I registered my Sims 3 game to get the $10 in simspoints and a new town. For some reason I only received $5 in Sims points and I didn't get the new town. I went to the contact us page and sent an email to support asking how to fix the problem. A reply from them was suppose to come in within 24 hours but it has now been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a reply. Does anyone know how to claim the rest of my Sims points and new town or what the next step is when support hasn't replied back for a long period of time?
Did you buy the collectors edition ? There was much ado about that and so they gave an extra 500 SP to the buyers of the collectors edition. So you might be missing the whole 1000.
