Page all the way down this link to manually uninstall supernatural only, you can then use the download version in your origin account to replace supernatural. It may not be showing up in your origin account because you have the disc version installed

I dont have the origin download version for supernatural, i just have the disk version. Sry for the confusion.
If you registered your supernatural disc via the sims 3 web or origin, Origin will also give you a download copy. It may not be showing up in your origin account because you have the disc version installed. If you remove the disc version you can then replace it with download version
