Games no longer showing as purchased and cannot play...
I purchased Sims 3 and two expansion packs, University Life, and Pets. These games were purchased using my Origin account a little over a year ago and they have worked perfectly until now. I logged into my account to find that my games were no longer showing and I could no longer play them. I tried "Reload My Games" and even uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see if that would remedy the situation. I still have not been able to find a solution to this problem. How can I fix this?
