I've been crossing my fingers that I wouldn't need to post in here but...here I am. I know that someone else has encountered the problem, but I got lost trying to see if there was a solution or not.

do not have any CC or Mods (I don't know how to install them anyways so I have never used them)
2. I have, WA, HELS, AMB, LN, and Gen
3. I'm on a MacBook OSX version 10.6.7
4. My game version is 8.0.152.011001
My sim had just got a new memory when my game crashed
It says:
Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x000000000 at address 0x7401ea46, Do you wish to debug it?
I then clicked yes and it promptly closed my game without me being able to save.
Now, correlation is not necessarily causation, I should point out that I had just left me game running (on pause) for 6 hours, because I went to a Supertramp concert. (I will normally leave my game running when I run out and when I return I don't have issues) So that might be a factor in play here.
I also didn't save my game so right now I'm kicking my self.
