Ghost Eviction

In the Sims 3, the game will let me scan for ghost; however, it will not show the ghost nor allow me to evict.  Is there a glitch in the game or is there something I am missing or not doing?

    Patch 1.38 effectively broke the ghost hunter career. There are no workarounds atm.

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I was hoping that I just missed another patch or something.  Darn.

    Hopefully. EA never gives out info on what they are working on and when something will be fixed.

    same thing is happening to me. I noticed it when I used Buydebug to buy the little containment box spirits and it shows nothing inside the box (should be floating orb)... this is absolute madness that they havent fixed this problem. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!

    Ghost Hunter actually works for me, at least so far. But Fireman and other jobs are broken.

    I suppose we can't hope for any more patches now when S4 is released...
