Half tile, wall covering. Tools on The Sims 3.

Currently if I am correct you can do half floor tile by pressing the "F" key when placing a floor, I think it would be an awesome idea to have a tool that does this like the diagonal wall tool.

It would also be really great to be able to paint only half a wall top and/or bottom with two different types, for example a nice brick bottom with a nice red wallpaper top.
