Oh dear, I've actually miscounted the Collins :lol: Indeed it's five of them, but that's still a lot of sims to be routefailing at the same time ;)
Someone said to remove the spiral stairs in the ichtaca castle?
I only preset the front door to the actual front door and that helped for me.
Maybe add a small structure on the first level of their entrance stairs with a new front door?
Or testingcheatsenabled true and (re)set front of lot?
As a last resort: move ichtaca family to clipboard, copy the empty castle to library, delete old castle, replace house and family.
This should reset house and sims.
