Having issues logging into the Sims 3 Game Launcher, need to update password

Hi all,im having issues trying to reset my Sims 3 Game Launcher password.&nbsp;I am unable to log in as the password for the Launcher is apparently not the same as the EA or the Sims 3 Exchange which I can log into fine.&nbsp;every time I attempt to reset my password it takes me to the EA website but nowhere to update change or request a password change for my Sims 3 Game Launcher.&nbsp;how can I get this resolved? I have had 2 cases opened with EA Help and had no response.&nbsp;

@ktrenae16&nbsp; The password for the launcher is the same as that for other EA sites.&nbsp; However, the launcher doesn't handle special characters well, so if you have any of those, please remove them; the password should contain only letters and numbers.&nbsp; Additionally, go into Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 3 &gt; Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin.

If that alone doesn't help, clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data:

and repeat the process.
