Having it say 'in game content' but not being installed.
Hello beautifuls. Okay so I was scrolling through my downloaded add-ons and was like, 'heck yeah, Barnacle Bay. Haven't played it in a while.' Well, there is no install button. Nowhere! :o All there is a little sentence below the add-on saying: in game content. Like, why? Why does it not like me? It shows several I can install but not this one that is already showing that I purchased it. I don't want to have to buy it again. Did that with Showtime and then realized it didn't do any good. Yay! So, what do I do, beautifuls? Help meh please. Please.
P.S. I took a picture of the screen to show you what I am talking about. I had to Google how to take a picture of the screen and now I feel like a professional XD
@TabbieTheWix Store worlds like Barnacle Bay and Dragon Valley need to be downloaded through the Sims 3 Store, not through the EA App. Please check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and their product pages, in case the worlds show as owned in one location but not the other.

It looks like you also own Celtic Lands, the add-on for the gold version of Dragon Valley that may need to be downloaded separately as well. At least, it doesn't download alongside DV for me, so double-check the launcher.
If you see this issue with an expansion or stuff pack you've bought, like you have with Showtime, just clear the EA App's cache:

You shouldn't have needed to purchase the world twice, and if you'd like a refund, please contact EA customer support.
