I have the same problem. I got a new computer and since there was the update on Sims 3 I wanted to install it on the new one. But only half of the DLCs that I have are showing up. I went through a long and tedious process some years ago when EA had customer service (a person you could talk to, not just a bot) and had them installed on my old computer but now there still seems to be the same issue. I have all the discs and codes but no disc drive and I don´t know where I should put the codes! In the order history there are a bunch of "placeholders" which I am guessing are some of my DLCs. Very frustrating...
Yes, exaclty! But I asume you might be able to redeem the codes somewhere in the app, but in my case, I can’t even find my old Sims 3 discs anywhere. Feels like I’m stuck with no way to get my games back. ://
