condynguye Please be more specific about what you're seeing. You mention Sims 4, but since DCBackup is a Sims 3 folder, maybe the 4 was just a typo. If not though, I can move your posts to one of the Sims 4 forums.
Otherwise, everything in DCBackup can be deleted except for ccmerged.package. The other files are not mods and shouldn't affect what content loads in-game. The Downloads tab in the launcher is not relevant unless you're currently installing the content; what matter are the Installed Content tab and whether your content shows up within the game itself.
