HELP The Sims 3 supernatural

I just got this game today along with..

The Sims 3

The Sims 3 Townlife

The Sims 3 Showtime

and of course The Sims 3 supernatural

I downloaded all of them and registered them onto the site the game can open and I can play it

But when ever I try to install Supernatural

it says I need a code with 5 slots

and I only got a code containing 4 slots


Saying exactly..

Exclusive Limited edition content!

Plants vs.. Zombies content pack!

Go to www.sims3.com/incentive/SupernaturalRedeem,

enter the unique code shown below, and then follow on screen instructions.

Now ive tryd doing this but it says page is timed out!!

I have no idea what to do it only came with 2 pieces of paper which i know it usually comes with 3

Should i return it? or keep trying to site

    Do both sheets only have 5 part numbers ? There should be a white one with the registration code for the game (5 part) and a dark green one with the code for the limited edition (and yes, I have 3 sheets of paper in my DVD).

    So if you don't have that, either return to the Store or contact Customer Support.
